Nav\u00e1zala tak na \u00fasp\u011bchy z p\u0159edchoz\u00edch ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed sil evropsk\u00fdch call center.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Conectart si v kategorii <em>\u201eGiving Something Back\u201d<\/em> vyslou\u017eil pomyslnou st\u0159\u00edbrnou medaili za CSR projekty, nap\u0159\u00edklad pro Policii \u010cR a Linku bezpe\u010d\u00ed. Pozornosti mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed poroty neunikl ani jeho projekt pro telefonn\u00edho oper\u00e1tora Vodafone Business Transformace. Pomysln\u00fdm vrcholem pak bylo pro nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho \u010desk\u00e9ho provozovatele kontaktn\u00edch center ocen\u011bn\u00ed Highly commended. Z\u00edskal jej jako jedin\u00fd z \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f sout\u011b\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eM\u00e1m velkou radost, \u017ee jsme z\u00faro\u010dili na\u0161e snahy v tak presti\u017en\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ei s dlouholetou tradic\u00ed. Je pro mne velk\u00e1 \u010dest, b\u00fdt mezi nejlep\u0161\u00edmi evropsk\u00fdmi kontaktn\u00edmi centry. Obst\u00e1li jsme, co\u017e n\u00e1s motivuje do budoucna a z\u00edskan\u00e1 ocen\u011bn\u00ed potvrzuj\u00ed fakt, \u017ee kvalita na\u0161ich slu\u017eeb konkuruje i konkurent\u016fm ze z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evropy\u201d<\/em> podotkl Petr Studni\u010dka, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel spole\u010dnosti Conectart.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eLetos mus\u00edm smeknout klobouk p\u0159ed porotci, proto\u017ee konkurence byla siln\u00e1 ve v\u0161ech kategori\u00edch. Ur\u010dit nejlep\u0161\u00ed kontaktn\u00ed centra v Evrop\u011b byla neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce,\u201c<\/em> uvedla p\u0159edsedkyn\u011b poroty sout\u011b\u017ee ECCCSA Helen Wilsonov\u00e1. <em>\u201eV\u00edt\u011bzov\u00e9 si opravdu zaslou\u017e\u00ed uzn\u00e1n\u00ed, proto\u017ee posunuli hranice, poskytli z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti a skute\u010dn\u011b si cen\u00ed sv\u00fdch lid\u00ed. Pat\u0159\u00ed jim velk\u00e1 gratulace,\u201d<\/em> doplnila.<\/p>\n<p>Sout\u011b\u017e ECCCSA m\u00e1 dvaadvacetiletou tradici. Oce\u0148uje organizace v cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b, pr\u016fkopn\u00edky v poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdch slu\u017eeb z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm. Odborn\u00e1 porota p\u0159i procesu posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed nejprve vybere kandid\u00e1ty do srpnov\u00e9ho fin\u00e1le, kte\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u011b prezentuj\u00ed a obhajuj\u00ed sv\u00e9 projekty. V\u00edt\u011bze vyhl\u00e1s\u00ed porota v listopadu. Letos si zlat\u00e9, st\u0159\u00edbrn\u00e9 a bronzov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dky rozd\u011blily sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed subjekty ve 34 kategori\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>Spole\u010dnost Conectart m\u00e1 \u0159adu ocen\u011bn\u00ed ji\u017e z p\u0159edchoz\u00edch ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f sout\u011b\u017ee. Do fin\u00e1le se probojovala\u00a0\u00a0 a n\u00e1sledn\u011b zabodovala na p\u0159edn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1ch po\u010dtvrt\u00e9 v \u0159ad\u011b, co\u017e je na \u010desk\u00e9 pom\u011bry mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fd v\u00fdsledek.<\/p>\n<p>Da\u0159ilo se j\u00ed tak\u00e9 na leto\u0161n\u00edch tuzemsk\u00fdch sout\u011b\u017e\u00edch. Naposledy u<a href=\"https:\/\/www.absl.cz\/cs\/\"> Asociace ABSL<\/a>, kter\u00e1 mimo jin\u00e9 ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b oce\u0148uje i nejlep\u0161\u00ed projekty firem poskytuj\u00edc\u00ed BPO slu\u017eby v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice. V kategorii ESG Towards Resilience (Nejlep\u0161\u00ed projekt v oblasti ESG) z\u00edskala ocen\u011bn\u00ed za \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu projekt\u016f, z nich\u017e nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed byla edukativn\u00ed kampa\u0148 pro seniory, na n\u00ed\u017e spolupracovala s Polici\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky. Conectart na sv\u00e9 n\u00e1klady vyvinul a zprovoznil pln\u011b automatizovan\u00e9ho voicebota, kter\u00fd senior\u016fm poskytuje rady, jak rozpoznat podvodn\u00fd hovor a jak se b\u011bhem n\u011bj a po n\u011bm chovat.<\/p>\n<p>V dev\u00e1t\u00e9m ro\u010dn\u00edku sout\u011b\u017ee Czech Contact Center Award, kterou po\u0159\u00e1dala asociace <a href=\"https:\/\/admez.cz\/\">ADMEZ<\/a>, zase Conectart obsadil t\u0159et\u00ed m\u00edsto za projekt Vodafone Business Transformace a nejlep\u0161\u00edm \u010desk\u00fdm oper\u00e1torem byl vyhl\u00e1\u0161en zku\u0161en\u00fd matador Conectartu Tom\u00e1\u0161 Bohun\u011bk.
