Do digitalizace se podniky chystaj\u00ed investovat 61\u00a0miliard\u00a0korun. <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I p\u0159es st\u00e1le n\u00edzkou nezam\u011bstnanost a nedostatek kvalifikovan\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f pl\u00e1nuje pouze 9 % \u010desk\u00fdch firem nejv\u00edce investovat do digitalizace HR. To vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 ze studie spole\u010dnosti SAP zalo\u017een\u00e9 na pr\u016fzkumu Ipsos mezi dv\u011bma sty vedouc\u00edmi pracovn\u00edky ve firm\u00e1ch v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice s v\u00edce ne\u017e pades\u00e1ti zam\u011bstnanci.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cesk\u00e9 firmy maj\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b dlouhou cestu k napln\u011bn\u00ed c\u00edle Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed dek\u00e1dy Evropsk\u00e9 unie, aby 75 % z nich vyu\u017e\u00edvalo do roku 2030 modern\u00edch technologi\u00ed, jako je um\u011bl\u00e1 inteligence, big data nebo cloud. U\u017e dnes si ale uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed, \u017ee mus\u00ed modernizovat sv\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovina z nich digitalizovala v\u011bt\u0161inu sv\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch proces\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch 48 % ji\u017e za\u010dalo a pl\u00e1nuje pokra\u010dovat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bny na trhu<\/strong><br \/>\nAby dok\u00e1zaly zm\u011bny ve firm\u011b efektivn\u011b \u0159\u00eddit, p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed se \u010desk\u00e9 podniky i po str\u00e1nce person\u00e1ln\u00ed. V\u00edce ne\u017e polovina z\u00a0nich m\u00e1 vyhrazen\u00fd t\u00fdm pro digitalizaci, nebo ho vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00edch 36\u00a0% k\u00a0tomuto \u00fa\u010delu zalo\u017eilo t\u00fdm slo\u017een\u00fd z\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch odd\u011blen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Podle studie SAP d\u016fle\u017eitost vyu\u017eit\u00ed nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed dokl\u00e1daj\u00ed i o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed firem. 62\u00a0% podnik\u016f \u010dek\u00e1 do t\u0159\u00ed let prom\u011bnu sv\u00e9ho odv\u011btv\u00ed a v\u00edce ne\u017e \u010dtvrtina si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee p\u016fjde o\u00a0z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bnu.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201e\u010cesk\u00e1 republika si proch\u00e1z\u00ed situac\u00ed, kterou v\u00a0SAP z\u010d\u00e1sti vid\u00edme i na glob\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni. Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro m\u00edstn\u00ed firmy bude zohlednit dopady krize, kter\u00e9 jsou pro ka\u017ed\u00e9 odv\u011btv\u00ed specifick\u00e9. Spole\u010dn\u00fdm jmenovatelem je schopnost rychle a pru\u017en\u011b reagovat na\u00a0neo\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00e9 zm\u011bny. Mezi \u010desk\u00fdmi z\u00e1kazn\u00edky SAP m\u00e1me i firmy, od kter\u00fdch se u\u010d\u00ed ty zahrani\u010dn\u00ed, jak b\u00fdt efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a konkurenceschopn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale zat\u00edm jde pouze o n\u011bkolik p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f. Proto nesm\u00edme usnout na vav\u0159\u00ednech a st\u00e1le se zlep\u0161ovat, inovovat a vyu\u017e\u00edvat nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed technologie, aby se z\u00a0na\u0161ich m\u00edstn\u00edch firem staly sv\u011btov\u00e9,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Hana Sou\u010dkov\u00e1, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editelka SAP \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kam investuj\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 firmy<br \/>\n<\/strong>V\u00a0leto\u0161n\u00edm roce se \u010desk\u00e9 firmy nejv\u00edce zam\u011b\u0159ily na digitalizaci v\u00fdroby (22\u00a0%), prodeje (16\u00a0%) a z\u00e1kaznick\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti (16\u00a0%). Mezi hlavn\u00ed d\u016fvody pat\u0159\u00ed efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, uspo\u0159en\u00fd \u010das a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady. Jako nejv\u00edce digitalizovanou oblast firmy uvedla t\u0159etina mana\u017eer\u016f finance.<\/p>\n<p>Do budoucna pl\u00e1nuje 25\u00a0% firem up\u0159ednostnit investice do digitalizace v\u00fdroby. 23\u00a0% pak do\u00a0logistiky a 16\u00a0% do z\u00e1kaznick\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti. U t\u011bchto oblast\u00ed vn\u00edmaj\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed r\u016fstov\u00fd potenci\u00e1l, mo\u017enost \u00faspory n\u00e1klad\u016f a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed prodeje d\u00edky lep\u0161\u00ed komunikaci se\u00a0z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem.<\/p>\n<p>Mlad\u00e9 firmy v\u00a0\u010cesku vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9my SAP nejv\u00edce investuj\u00ed do digitalizace financ\u00ed (37\u00a0%) a logistiky (17\u00a0%). Za m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e p\u011bt let sv\u00e9 existence jich velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st vyrostla do velikosti st\u0159edn\u00edch podnik\u016f. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 t\u0159i \u010dtvrtiny zam\u011bstn\u00e1vaj\u00ed mezi 100 a 249 lidmi a 9\u00a0% m\u00e1 250 a\u017e 499 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HR st\u00e1le nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed prioritou<br \/>\n<\/strong>I p\u0159es rostouc\u00ed pod\u00edl zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed v \u010cesku probl\u00e9m s\u00a0nach\u00e1zen\u00edm dostate\u010dn\u011b kvalifikovan\u00fdch kandid\u00e1t\u016f na voln\u00e9 pozice, pouze 6\u00a0% firem uvedlo, \u017ee v\u00a0minulosti nejv\u00edce investovalo do digitalizace HR. By\u0165 se po\u010det podnik\u016f, kter\u00e9 se chystaj\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159it na tuto oblast, zv\u00fd\u0161il na 9\u00a0%, st\u00e1le jde o nejmen\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0ostatn\u00edmi odd\u011blen\u00edmi ve firm\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eV n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech bude pro \u010desk\u00e9 firmy z\u00e1sadn\u00ed nevracet se do minulosti. Po\u00a0odezn\u011bn\u00ed nejhor\u0161\u00edch dopad\u016f koronavirov\u00e9 krize, kdy podniky alespo\u0148 z\u010d\u00e1sti musely HR digitalizovat, se objevuje trend n\u00e1vratu k\u00a0pap\u00edrov\u00fdm dokument\u016fm, p\u0159episov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edm manu\u00e1ln\u00edm \u010dinnostem. Jen\u017ee t\u00edm se podniky ochuzuj\u00ed o mo\u017enost vyu\u017eit\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence a dal\u0161\u00edch modern\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f, kter\u00e9 jim pom\u00e1haj\u00ed naj\u00edt kvalifikovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kandid\u00e1ty, zkr\u00e1tit proces onboardingu a sn\u00ed\u017eit odliv st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.
