Z\u00a0region\u00e1ln\u00edho poskytovatele leasingov\u00e9ho financov\u00e1n\u00ed se stala b\u011bhem t\u0159iceti let jedn\u00edm z\u00a0nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch poskytovatel\u016f specializovan\u00e9ho financov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>V\u00edce ne\u017e 1\u00a0250\u00a0000 klient\u016f vyu\u017eilo od roku 1993 finan\u010dn\u00ed slu\u017eby spole\u010dnosti ESSOX. Zat\u00edmco v\u00a0devades\u00e1t\u00fdch letech pat\u0159il krom\u011b financov\u00e1n\u00ed automobil\u016f k\u00a0nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edm produkt\u016fm spl\u00e1tkov\u00fd prodej, dnes se spole\u010dnost prim\u00e1rn\u011b v\u011bnuje financovan\u00ed mobility ve v\u0161ech podob\u00e1ch a souvisej\u00edc\u00edch ekosyst\u00e9m\u016f, jako jsou nap\u0159. nab\u00edjec\u00ed stanice pro elektromobily a e.commerce.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eP\u0159i p\u00e1tr\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0archivech jsme objevili i nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00ed vozidlo financovan\u00e9 b\u011bhem t\u0159icetilet\u00e9 historie ESSOX. Jeho po\u0159izovac\u00ed cena se vy\u0161plhala nad 12 milion\u016f korun. To ale nen\u00ed to nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Daleko rad\u011bji vypr\u00e1v\u00edme p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh spole\u010dnosti ESSOX, kter\u00e1 vyrostla ve velkou firmu, ale zachovala si principy a p\u0159\u00edstupy rodinn\u00e9 firmy v\u00a0oblasti diverzity, mo\u017enost\u00ed r\u016fstu i stability cel\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu,\u201c<\/em> uvedla <strong>Jana Hanu\u0161ov\u00e1<\/strong>, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editelka spole\u010dnosti ESSOX.<\/p>\n<p>ESSOX je v\u00a0tomto ohledu skute\u010dn\u011b v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fd. Mezi 350 zam\u011bstnanci je 108 koleg\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na rozvoji spole\u010dnosti v\u00edce ne\u017e 15 let. 26 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f pracuje pro spole\u010dnost v\u00edce ne\u017e 20 let.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va: i \u017eeny mohou v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci r\u016fst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mezi zam\u011bstnanci ESSOXu je 60 procent \u017een. To nen\u00ed a\u017e tak v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9, by\u0165 v\u00a0oblasti finan\u010dn\u00edch slu\u017eeb nen\u00ed takov\u00fd pod\u00edl \u017een zcela b\u011b\u017en\u00fd. Jako unikum lze vn\u00edmat skute\u010dnost, \u017ee ve vedouc\u00edch pozic\u00edch spole\u010dnosti je 48 % \u017een. Kl\u00ed\u010dem je podle Jany Hanu\u0161ov\u00e9 p\u0159irozen\u00e9 vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed podm\u00ednek, kter\u00e9 umo\u017en\u00ed \u017een\u00e1m rozv\u00edjet svou kari\u00e9ru bez bari\u00e9r i v\u00a0dob\u011b p\u00e9\u010de o rodinu.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eB\u011bhem 30 let se narodilo m\u00fdm b\u00fdval\u00fdm i sou\u010dasn\u00fdm kolegyn\u00edm a koleg\u016fm v\u00a0ESSOXu v\u00edce ne\u017e 500 d\u011bt\u00ed. Vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed f\u00e9rov\u00fdch a otev\u0159en\u00fdch podm\u00ednek pro \u017eeny je pro n\u00e1s proritou. I my stoj\u00edme o to, aby se n\u00e1m kolegyn\u011b z\u00a0rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 vracely bez ztr\u00e1ty kontaktu se svou profes\u00ed,\u201c <\/em>uzav\u00edr\u00e1 <strong>Jana Hanu\u0161ov\u00e1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u017de nen\u00ed podobn\u011b f\u00e9rov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0\u017een\u00e1m zcela b\u011b\u017en\u00fd, ukazuje i v\u00fdzkum agentury IPSOS, kter\u00fd si ESSOX nechal zpracovat.<\/p>\n<p>Na jak dlouho ztr\u00e1c\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 \u017eeny kontakt se svou profes\u00ed b\u011bhem mate\u0159stv\u00ed? I na to se ptal ESSOX prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm agentury IPSOS v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u011bti stovek matek.<\/p>\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bji se \u017eeny zp\u011bt do pln\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho procesu vracej\u00ed po dvou nebo t\u0159ech letech (47 % respondentek). P\u011btina \u017een se do pracovn\u00edho procesu vrac\u00ed po \u010dty\u0159ech nebo p\u011bti letech, 15 procent pak dokonce po \u0161esti a v\u00edce letech. V\u00fdznamn\u00e1 je ale i skupina na opa\u010dn\u00e9m spektru \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku \u2013 necel\u00fdch 18\u00a0procent \u017een se do pr\u00e1ce vr\u00e1tilo po jednom roce nebo d\u0159\u00edve.<\/p>\n<p>U p\u016fvodn\u00ed profese z\u016fstane po rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 pouze polovina \u017een (53 procent dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch). 42\u00a0procent u p\u016fvodn\u00edho zam\u011bstnavatele, 11 procent u zam\u011bstnavatele nov\u00e9ho. Novou profesi vykon\u00e1v\u00e1 po rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 8 procent \u017een u p\u016fvodn\u00edho zam\u011bstnavatele, zbyl\u00fdch 39 procent u zam\u011bstnava-tele nov\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0d\u016fvod\u016f pro opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed profese m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt podle v\u00fdzkumu pr\u00e1v\u011b to, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina \u017een b\u011bhem rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 ztr\u00e1c\u00ed kontakt s\u00a0profes\u00ed i se zam\u011bstnavatelem (41 %). Obecn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed profesi v\u00edce \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 dos\u00e1hly ni\u017e\u0161\u00edho stupn\u011b vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 a ty, kter\u00e9 uvedly, \u017ee ztratily kontakt se zam\u011bstnavatelem b\u011bhem rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pravideln\u00fd kontakt se zam\u011bstnavatelem, mo\u017enost vykon\u00e1vat ve zkr\u00e1cen\u00e9m \u00favazku d\u00e1le svou profesi nebo se \u00fa\u010dastnit \u0161kolen\u00ed \u010di neform\u00e1ln\u00edch akc\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatele m\u00e1 b\u011bhem rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 pouze 36\u00a0procent \u017een.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Spole\u010dnost ESSOX, kter\u00e1 je od roku 2003 sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed skupiny Komer\u010dn\u00ed banky, slav\u00ed 30 let od sv\u00e9ho zalo\u017een\u00ed.
