Dotace tak p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k\u00a0postupn\u00e9mu o\u017eiven\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9ho stavebn\u00edho trhu. <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u010cesk\u00fd trh s\u00a0nov\u00fdm bydlen\u00edm v\u00a0leto\u0161n\u00edm roce kles\u00e1, by\u0165 v\u00a0posledn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0pozvoln\u00e9mu o\u017eiven\u00ed. Nov\u00e9 byty se stav\u011bj\u00ed v\u00a0daleko men\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e, dokon\u010duj\u00ed se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm projekty zah\u00e1jen\u00e9 v\u00a0minul\u00fdch letech. Trh brzd\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vysok\u00e9 \u00farokov\u00e9 sazby, kter\u00e9 vedou k\u00a0drah\u00fdm hypot\u00e9k\u00e1m i zhor\u0161en\u00e9mu financov\u00e1n\u00ed pro developery. O to v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jem maj\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti o rekonstrukce st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho bydlen\u00ed. Lid\u00e9 ale cht\u011bj\u00ed bydlet l\u00e9pe, vid\u00edme velk\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst z\u00e1jmu o rekonstrukce, postupn\u011b se ale za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 o\u017eivovat i v\u00fdstavba nov\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed. Dom\u00e1cnosti p\u0159esto hledaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 cesty, jak \u010delit vysok\u00fdm \u00farokov\u00fdm sazb\u00e1m i inflaci,\u201c <\/em>vysv\u011btluje Peter Markovi\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Jednou z\u00a0cest je podle n\u011bj v\u00fdstavba sv\u00e9pomoc\u00ed, velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st \u010desk\u00fdch stavebn\u00edk\u016f hled\u00e1 mo\u017enosti, jak za \u0159emesln\u00edky u\u0161et\u0159it. Druhou v\u00fdznamnou finan\u010dn\u00ed pomoc\u00ed jsou aktu\u00e1ln\u011b odstartovan\u00e9 nov\u00e9 dota\u010dn\u00ed programy. <em>\u201eVysok\u00e9 \u00farokov\u00e9 sazby sice z\u0159ejm\u011b za\u010dnou v\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch m\u00edrn\u011b klesat, k\u00a0z\u00e1sadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bn\u011b trendu ale nedojde. Lid\u00e9 ale cht\u011bj\u00ed bydlet l\u00e9pe, proto se ve velk\u00e9m vrhaj\u00ed na rekonstrukce a nov\u00e9 dota\u010dn\u00ed programy mohou \u010desk\u00fd trh je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce rozh\u00fdbat,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Peter Markovi\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0r\u00e1mci nov\u00e9ho dota\u010dn\u00edho programu \u201eOprav d\u016fm po babi\u010dce\u201c chce st\u00e1t na rekonstrukce star\u00fdch budov nab\u00edzet dotaci a\u017e milion korun na komplexn\u00ed zateplen\u00ed, st\u00e1t chce takto rozd\u011blit mezi \u017eadatele 40 miliard K\u010d. C\u00edlem programu je sn\u00ed\u017eit energetickou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost star\u0161\u00edch budov pomoc\u00ed zateplen\u00ed, nov\u00fdch oken nebo t\u0159eba instalac\u00ed sol\u00e1rn\u00edch panel\u016f \u010di tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel. M\u00e9n\u011b se u\u017e v\u00ed, \u017ee pro \u00fa\u010dely programu je za st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed rodinn\u00fd d\u016fm pova\u017eov\u00e1na tak\u00e9 stavba nov\u00e9ho rodinn\u00e9ho domu um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9ho na m\u00edst\u011b p\u016fvodn\u00edho, \u017eadatelem odstran\u011bn\u00e9ho rodinn\u00e9ho domu. Krom\u011b programu Oprav d\u016fm po babi\u010dce nad\u00e1le b\u011b\u017e\u00ed i Nov\u00e1 zelen\u00e1 \u00faspor\u00e1m Light, kter\u00e1 je ur\u010dena i pro n\u00edzkop\u0159\u00edjmov\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Velk\u00fdm benefitem dota\u010dn\u00edch program\u016f je fakt, \u017ee pomohou k\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed renovaci \u010desk\u00e9ho bytov\u00e9ho fondu. \u201e<em>\u010cesk\u00e9 byty a domy s\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdm st\u00e1\u0159\u00edm p\u0159es 40 let pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nejstar\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0Evrop\u011b. Nov\u00e9 dota\u010dn\u00ed programy mohou d\u00e1le kultivovat zastaral\u00fd \u010desk\u00fd bytov\u00fd fond a tak\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u011bt k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee poroste z\u00e1jem o \u017eivot na venkov\u011b a trend vys\u00eddlov\u00e1n\u00ed vesnic se zm\u011bn\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> dodal Peter Markovi\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Rekonstrukc\u00edm nav\u00edc nahr\u00e1v\u00e1 i fakt, \u017ee \u010dty\u0159i z\u00a0p\u011bti \u010desk\u00fdch dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed bydl\u00ed ve vlastn\u00edm byt\u011b \u010di dom\u011b, pod\u00edl vlastnick\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed je v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice jeden z\u00a0nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch v\u00a0Evrop\u011b. Podle dat Eurostatu bydl\u00ed ve vlastn\u00edm byt\u011b \u010di dom\u011b 79 % \u010desk\u00fdch dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed. Je to jedno z\u00a0nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00edsel v\u00a0Evrop\u011b, pr\u016fm\u011br v\u00a0Evropsk\u00e9 unii je 70 %. Tradi\u010dn\u011b je nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl vlastnick\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed ve v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evrop\u011b, nejv\u00edc lid\u00ed bydl\u00ed ve vlastn\u00edm v\u00a0Rumunsku (96 %),<br \/>\nna Slovensku (92 %) \u010di v\u00a0Chorvatsku (91 %).
