Nap\u0159\u00edklad odpadne nutnost vozit pap\u00edrov\u00fd doklad a povinnost se p\u0159esune od majitele auta na provozovatele.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Velk\u00e9 zm\u011bny \u010dekaj\u00ed v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch na \u010desk\u00e9 \u0159idi\u010de. Prezident Petr Pavel podepsal novelu z\u00e1kona o silni\u010dn\u00edm provozu, tak\u017ee se od za\u010d\u00e1tku p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho roku mus\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di p\u0159ipravit mimo jin\u00e9 na nov\u00e9 bodov\u00e9 ohodnocen\u00ed p\u0159estupk\u016f \u010di sedmn\u00e1ctilet\u00e9 za volantem. P\u0159ibude tak\u00e9 mo\u017enost prokazovat se \u0159idi\u010d\u00e1kem v elektronick\u00e9 podob\u011b. A aby toho nebylo m\u00e1lo, vl\u00e1da u\u017e schv\u00e1lila tak\u00e9 n\u00e1vrh z\u00e1kona o poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti z provozu vozidla zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 novinky v takzvan\u00e9m povinn\u00e9m ru\u010den\u00ed. \u00da\u010dinnost tohoto z\u00e1kona stanovilo ministerstvo financ\u00ed na 23. prosince 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nov\u011b bez zelen\u00e9 karty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00e9 v oblasti poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vozidla se tak \u010ce\u0161i p\u0159esouvaj\u00ed do 21. stolet\u00ed. V pen\u011b\u017eence \u010di p\u0159ihr\u00e1dk\u00e1ch auta u\u017e nebude pot\u0159eba m\u00edt takzvanou zelenou kartu jako doklad o poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Policist\u00e9 p\u0159i kontrole jednodu\u0161e vyu\u017eij\u00ed online evidenci. A pro tento \u00fa\u010del ji mohou vykonat i bez zastavov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u201ePozor ale p\u0159i cest\u00e1ch do zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Tam bude zelen\u00e1 karta st\u00e1le pot\u0159eba. U n\u00e1s ji budou m\u00edt lid\u00e9 k dispozici ke sta\u017een\u00ed a vyti\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nebo jednodu\u0161e v na\u0161\u00ed mobiln\u00ed aplikaci,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 mluv\u010d\u00ed Direct poji\u0161\u0165ovny Nela Ma\u0165a\u0161eje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Za poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bude zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd provozovatel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zm\u011bn\u00ed se tak\u00e9 to, kdo je odpov\u011bdn\u00fd za poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vozidla. Nov\u011b to u\u017e nem\u00e1 b\u00fdt vlastn\u00edk vozidla ale jeho provozovatel. To ale neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee povinn\u00e9 ru\u010den\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee sjednat jen tento provozovatel. Stejn\u011b jako doposud m\u016f\u017ee poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed sjednat i jin\u00e1 osoba, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 pot\u0159ebu ochrany p\u0159ed n\u00e1sledky pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti, tzv. pojistn\u00fd z\u00e1jem. \u201eU v\u011bt\u0161iny vozidel nav\u00edc plat\u00ed, \u017ee vlastn\u00edk je z\u00e1rove\u0148 i provozovatel,\u201c podot\u00fdk\u00e1 Ma\u0165a\u0161eje.<\/p>\n<p>Odborn\u00edci z\u00e1rove\u0148 zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee si s \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, kdo m\u00e1 co platit, nemus\u00ed d\u011blat hlavu ti, kdo si ob\u010das p\u016fj\u010d\u00ed auto od rodi\u010d\u016f \u010di kamar\u00e1d\u016f. \u201eSt\u00e1le bude d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby auto hlavn\u011b bylo poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9, tedy m\u011blo povinn\u00e9 ru\u010den\u00ed. Pokud si n\u011bkdo p\u016fj\u010d\u00ed v\u016fz od rodi\u010d\u016f a zavin\u00ed nehodu, pr\u00e1v\u011b toto poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u0161kody zaplat\u00ed. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je tedy jedno, jestli m\u00e1 povinn\u00e9 ru\u010den\u00ed sjednan\u00e9 vlastn\u00edk nebo provozovatel,\u201c uklid\u0148uje mluv\u010d\u00ed Directu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed limitu na 50 milion\u016f korun<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dobrou zpr\u00e1vou v n\u00e1vrhu z\u00e1kona pro \u0159idi\u010de je to, \u017ee se zvy\u0161uj\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed limity pojistn\u00e9ho pln\u011bn\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u00fajmy na zdrav\u00ed, smrti nebo majetkov\u00e9 \u0161kody. Ve v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00edpadech z nyn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch 35 milion\u016f korun na 50 milion\u016f korun. \u201e\u017de \u0161kody rostou, v\u00edme u\u017e dlouho, proto jsme cht\u011bli, aby klienti byli dostate\u010dn\u011b chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed. U Directu maj\u00ed klienti z\u00e1kladn\u00ed limit na 50 milion\u016f nastaven\u00fd u\u017e n\u011bkolik let. Pro n\u00e1s se tedy nic nem\u011bn\u00ed,\u201c konstatuje mluv\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Povinn\u00e9 ru\u010den\u00ed i pro rychl\u00e9 elektro kolob\u011b\u017eky<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Navr\u017een\u00fd z\u00e1kon tak\u00e9 roz\u0161i\u0159uje okruh vozidel, za kter\u00e9 je nutn\u00e9 ru\u010den\u00ed platit. Nov\u011b to jsou ta, jejich\u017e maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed konstruk\u010dn\u00ed rychlost je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 25 km\/h, respektive je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 14 km\/h, pokud je jeho provozn\u00ed hmotnost v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 25 kilogram\u016f, a tak\u00e9\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpojn\u00e1 vozidla. Za motorov\u00e1 vozidla se p\u0159itom pova\u017euj\u00ed ta, kde je motor hlavn\u00edm zdrojem pohybu. Jde p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o popul\u00e1rn\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 kolob\u011b\u017eky \u010di Segwaye.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePokud vozidlo spl\u0148uje parametry dan\u00e9 z\u00e1konem, m\u011bl by si majitel povinn\u00e9 ru\u010den\u00ed sjednat. Naopak v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o leh\u010d\u00ed elektrickou kolob\u011b\u017eku, povinnost neplat\u00ed a povinn\u00e9 ru\u010den\u00ed ani nelze za\u0159\u00eddit. Ze z\u00e1kona se jedn\u00e1 o kolo a podle toho je t\u0159eba voz\u00edtko provozovat,\u201c p\u0159ibli\u017euje Ma\u0165a\u0161eje. Elektrokola pak maj\u00ed v\u00fdjimku, ministerstvo za jejich hlavn\u00ed pohon pova\u017euje lidskou s\u00edlu.<\/p>\n<p>Klidn\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt majitel\u00e9 zahradn\u00edch traktor\u016f, platit nemus\u00ed. Tedy pokud s nimi nepl\u00e1nuj\u00ed vyj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt t\u0159eba do lesa pro d\u0159evo. Jakmile opust\u00ed vlastn\u00ed pozemek, je z\u00e1kon nekompromisn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kdy \u0161kody zaplat\u00edte ze sv\u00e9ho<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00daprava tak\u00e9 up\u0159es\u0148uje odpov\u011bdnost pro p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy \u0159idi\u010d nap\u0159\u00edklad nech\u00e1 nebezpe\u010dn\u011b st\u00e1t nepoj\u00edzdn\u00e9 vozidlo a vytvo\u0159\u00ed tak p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku. \u0160kody se budou platit z jeho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Nad\u00e1le ale plat\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159i hrub\u00e9m poru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f po \u0159idi\u010d\u00edch bude poji\u0161\u0165ovna vyplacen\u00e9 pen\u00edze vym\u00e1hat. \u201eJe to t\u0159eba \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pod vlivem alkoholu a drog, provozov\u00e1n\u00ed auta bez technick\u00e9 prohl\u00eddky \u010di \u00famysln\u00e1 \u0161koda,\u201c vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 mluv\u010d\u00ed. Platit ze sv\u00e9ho bude tak\u00e9 ten, kter\u00fd nem\u00e1 \u0159idi\u010dsk\u00fd pr\u016fkaz, m\u00e1 z\u00e1kaz \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010di \u0159\u00edd\u00ed auto neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u011b, nap\u0159\u00edklad firemn\u00ed v\u016fz bez povolen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Myslete i na \u0161kody na va\u0161em aut\u011b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u0161kody zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 jin\u00fdm se \u0159idi\u010d\u016fm vyplat\u00ed chr\u00e1nit i sebe havarijn\u00edm poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm. \u201eUr\u010dit\u011b doporu\u010dujeme tak\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed skel, kter\u00e9 zaplat\u00ed \u0161kody na v\u0161ech sklech na vozidle. Nikdy toti\u017e nev\u00edte, kdy na auto p\u0159ilet\u00ed kam\u00ednek. V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b nav\u00edc cena skel m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velmi vysok\u00e1 kv\u016fli r\u016fzn\u00fdm senzor\u016fm, vyh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a podobn\u011b,\u201c rad\u00ed Ma\u0165a\u0161eje.<\/p>\n<p>Kdo cestuje do zahrani\u010d\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee se c\u00edtit jist\u011bji s poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm nezavin\u011bn\u00e9 boura\u010dky. \u201eTo znamen\u00e1, \u017ee \u0161kodu budou klienti v\u017edy hl\u00e1sit n\u00e1m a my v\u0161e vy\u0159e\u0161\u00edme. A to i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy do nich naraz\u00ed cizinec v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b by toti\u017e museli hl\u00e1sit v\u0161e jeho poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u011b, a to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pro n\u011bkoho kv\u016fli jazykov\u00e9 bari\u00e9\u0159e probl\u00e9m,\u201c poznamen\u00e1v\u00e1 mluv\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Za zv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed stoj\u00ed i poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zavazadel a d\u011btsk\u00fdch seda\u010dek, kter\u00e9 zaplat\u00ed zni\u010den\u00e1 nebo ukraden\u00e1 zavazadla z auta. A to i v\u010detn\u011b kol zam\u010den\u00fdch k nosi\u010di. \u201eKrom\u011b dopl\u0148kov\u00fdch p\u0159ipoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je ale d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 myslet je\u0161t\u011b na asisten\u010dn\u00ed slu\u017eby. A sjednat si takov\u00e9, kde budou dostate\u010dn\u00e9 limity.
