{"id":1989,"date":"2023-09-15T06:33:02","date_gmt":"2023-09-15T06:33:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.czechbankingnews.cz\/?p=1989"},"modified":"2023-09-15T06:33:02","modified_gmt":"2023-09-15T06:33:02","slug":"optimismus-na-trhu-prace-pokracuje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.czechbankingnews.cz\/?p=1989","title":{"rendered":"Optimismus na trhu pr\u00e1ce pokra\u010duje"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Spole\u010dnost ManpowerGroup \u010cesk\u00e1 republika zve\u0159ejnila v\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkumu \u201eManpowerGroup index trhu pr\u00e1ce\u201c pro \u010dtvrt\u00e9 \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku 2023.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci pr\u016fzkumu ManpowerGroup index trhu pr\u00e1ce pro \u010dtvrt\u00e9 \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed 2023 byla v\u0161em \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm vybran\u00e9ho reprezentativn\u00edho vzorku 510 zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f v \u010cR polo\u017eena ot\u00e1zka: <em>\u201eJak o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1te, \u017ee se zm\u011bn\u00ed celkov\u00fd po\u010det zam\u011bstnanc\u016f ve va\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed do konce prosince 2023 v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s aktu\u00e1ln\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00edm?\u201c<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed ve \u010dtvrt\u00e9m \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku 2023, \u017ee budou p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b navy\u0161ovat po\u010dty zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. 28 % zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f pl\u00e1nuje zvy\u0161ovat po\u010det zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, 18 % ho bude sni\u017eovat.\u00a0\u010cist\u00fd index trhu pr\u00e1ce tak \u010din\u00ed 10 procentn\u00edch bod\u016f. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0p\u0159edchoz\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00edm index oslabil o 9 procentn\u00edch bod\u016f a v\u00a0meziro\u010dn\u00edm srovn\u00e1n\u00ed o 1 procentn\u00ed bod. Pokud se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na Sezonn\u011b o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd index, kter\u00fd pro \u010cR vykazuje hodnotu 11 procentn\u00edch bod\u016f, pak je v glob\u00e1ln\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku \u010cesk\u00e1 republika na t\u0159et\u00edm nejhor\u0161\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b v oblasti n\u00e1borov\u00fdch pl\u00e1n\u016f, 19 bod\u016f pod celosv\u011btov\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eNa za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2023 st\u00e1l trh pr\u00e1ce na pokraji propasti, ale na ja\u0159e za\u010daly firmy v\u011b\u0159it v pozitivn\u00ed budoucnost a vr\u00e1tily se k n\u00e1bor\u016fm. Pro mnoho firem je situace nad\u00e1le slo\u017eit\u00e1 a mus\u00ed sni\u017eovat po\u010dty zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. P\u0159evl\u00e1d\u00e1 ale pozitivn\u00ed n\u00e1lada a uvol\u0148ovan\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci maj\u00ed velkou \u0161anci rychle naj\u00edt jin\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti. Pro posledn\u00ed \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku jsme ale zaznamenali m\u00edrn\u00fd pokles optimismu, kter\u00fd je sice pro toto obdob\u00ed obvykl\u00fd, ale zpomalen\u00ed n\u00e1boru vid\u00edme i po o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed od sez\u00f3nn\u00edch vliv\u016f, \u201d <\/em>\u0159ekla Jaroslava Rezlerov\u00e1, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editelka ManpowerGroup \u010cesk\u00e1 republika.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Porovn\u00e1n\u00ed dle odv\u011btv\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Index v\u00a0sedmi z dev\u00edti \u010desk\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch ukazuje, \u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed ve t\u0159et\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed 2023 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed po\u010dtu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s p\u0159edchoz\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00edm tempo n\u00e1boru oslabilo v sedmi odv\u011btv\u00edch a pos\u00edlilo pouze ve dvou. V porovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stejn\u00fdm obdob\u00edm minul\u00e9ho roku v\u0161ak trh pr\u00e1ce oslabil jen ve t\u0159ech odv\u011btv\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>Odv\u011btv\u00edmi s\u00a0nejoptimisti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi vyhl\u00eddkami pro p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed jsou Zdravotn\u00ed a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de, farmacie a Informa\u010dn\u00ed technologie s\u00a0\u010cist\u00fdm indexem trhu pr\u00e1ce 30. Oproti minul\u00e9mu \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed pos\u00edlily o 16 a 15 procentn\u00edch bod\u016f, v\u00a0meziro\u010dn\u00edm srovn\u00e1n\u00ed o 30 a 11 procentn\u00edch bod\u016f. Nejslab\u0161\u00ed hodnoty vykazuje odv\u011btv\u00ed Ve\u0159ejn\u00fd a neziskov\u00fd sektor s\u00a0Indexem -8, a mezikvart\u00e1ln\u00edm poklesem o 10 a meziro\u010dn\u00edm o 8 procentn\u00edch bod\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Porovn\u00e1n\u00ed organizac\u00ed podle velikosti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Optimistick\u00e9 vyhl\u00eddky p\u0159edpov\u00eddaj\u00ed pro \u010dtvrt\u00e9 \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed 2023 v\u0161echny \u010dty\u0159i kategorie podle velikosti organizac\u00ed nicm\u00e9n\u011b oproti minul\u00e9mu \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed n\u00e1borov\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny oslabily tak\u00e9 ve v\u0161ech \u010dty\u0159ech kategori\u00edch. Nejoptimisti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou \u010de\u0161t\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 v organizac\u00edch s 50-249 zam\u011bstnanci a\u00a0hl\u00e1s\u00ed Index trhu pr\u00e1ce 13. Optimismus kles\u00e1 nejpomaleji u velk\u00fdch podnik\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Region\u00e1ln\u00ed srovn\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0r\u00e1mci \u010cR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 ve v\u0161ech t\u0159ech regionech p\u0159edpokl\u00e1daj\u00ed v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edho \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed r\u016fst trhu pr\u00e1ce. V\u00a0porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0p\u0159edchoz\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00edm ale n\u00e1borov\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed ve v\u0161ech regionech oslabilo. V\u00a0meziro\u010dn\u00edm srovn\u00e1n\u00ed oslabila Praha o 10 procentn\u00edch bod\u016f, Morava a Slezsko a \u010cechy o 5 pos\u00edlily. Nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed hodnoty vykazuje region \u010cechy s\u00a0indexem 12, oproti minul\u00e9mu \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed oslabil o\u00a03\u00a0procentn\u00ed body.<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Glob\u00e1ln\u00ed pohled<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spole\u010dnost ManpowerGroup provedla pr\u016fzkum mezi celkem 38 833 zam\u011bstnavateli ve 41 zem\u00edch. \u201e<em>Z\u00a0pr\u016fzkumu vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee <\/em><em>zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9<\/em><em> se i <\/em><em>nad\u00e1le<\/em> <em>pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed<\/em><em> na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b <\/em><em>s<\/em> <em>glob\u00e1ln\u00edm<\/em> <em>ekonomick\u00fdm<\/em> <em>zpomalen\u00edm<\/em> <em>a<\/em><em> naproti tomu s <\/em><em>obavami<\/em> <em>z<\/em> <em>nedostatku<\/em> <em>talent\u016f.<\/em> <em>V<\/em> <em>d\u016fsledku<\/em> <em>toho<\/em> <em>je<\/em> <em>hlavn\u00edm<\/em> <em>rysem<\/em> <em>indexu<\/em> <em>trhu pr\u00e1ce<\/em> <em>pro \u010dtvrt\u00e9<\/em> <em>\u010dtvrtlet\u00ed 2023 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed opatrnost<\/em><em>, \u201d <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jaroslava Rezlerov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Ve 4. \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed 2023 glob\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1borov\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny nad\u00e1le pomalu, ale jist\u011b rostou, a to ji\u017e \u010dtvrt\u00e9 \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed v \u0159ad\u011b. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed r\u016fst po\u010dtu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f o n\u011bco rychlej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v minul\u00e9m \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed, co\u017e se odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v sezonn\u011b o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9m indexu trhu pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00fd pos\u00edlil z 28 na 30. Index trhu pr\u00e1ce je nyn\u00ed na stejn\u00e9 \u00farovni jako v\u00a0p\u0159edchoz\u00edm roce a od 4.\u00a0\u010dtvrtlet\u00ed 2022 se zv\u00fd\u0161il o 1 procentn\u00ed bod. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee z\u00a0glob\u00e1ln\u00edho hlediska se zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 sna\u017e\u00ed dos\u00e1hnout opatrn\u00e9 rovnov\u00e1hy mezi obavami z pomal\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho r\u016fstu a rostouc\u00ed popt\u00e1vkou po talentech.
