V\u00a0r\u00e1mci spole\u010dn\u00e9ho projektu MONETA Money Bank a neziskov\u00e9 organizace AISIS Rozum\u00edme pen\u011bz\u016fm test vyplnilo na 2700 respondent\u016f (\u0161kol\u00e1k\u016f, st\u0159edo\u0161kol\u00e1k\u016f a dosp\u011bl\u00fdch).<\/p>\n<p>Obsahem testu finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti Rozum\u00edme pen\u011bz\u016fm jsou \u00fakoly, kter\u00e9 by m\u011bl dle Standard\u016f finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti pro z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly dok\u00e1zat vy\u0159e\u0161it ka\u017ed\u00fd \u017e\u00e1k na konci sv\u00e9 dev\u00edtilet\u00e9 doch\u00e1zky. Test obsahuje 16 n\u00e1hodn\u011b vylosovan\u00fdch ot\u00e1zek a nezabere respondentovi v\u00edce ne\u017e 10 minut. Ihned po jeho absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 respondent k dispozici sv\u016fj v\u00fdsledek a vyhodnocen\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch odpov\u011bd\u00ed. Na e-mail pot\u00e9 dostane certifik\u00e1t o absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky testu odhalily, \u017ee nej\u010dast\u011bji respondenti nev\u011bd\u00ed, jak\u00fd typ kurzu ve sm\u011bn\u00e1rn\u00e1ch pou\u017eij\u00ed, pokud cht\u011bj\u00ed sm\u011bnit koruny za eura, a mezery maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 ve znalosti pr\u00e1v ru\u010ditele za \u00fav\u011br.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eRespondenti (konkr\u00e9tn\u011b 55 %) si nap\u0159\u00edklad mysl\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159i n\u00e1kupu eur ve sm\u011bn\u00e1rn\u011b se pou\u017eije kurz \u201en\u00e1kup\u201c. P\u0159i sm\u011bn\u011b pen\u011bz se v\u0161ak pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 kurz \u201en\u00e1kup\u201c a \u201eprodej\u201c z pohledu sm\u011bn\u00e1rny. Pokud mi tedy sm\u011bn\u00e1rna prod\u00e1v\u00e1 eura v hotovosti, pou\u017eije kurz valuty prodej. Stejn\u00e9 procento respondent\u016f tak\u00e9 \u010dasto chybuje ve znalostech pr\u00e1vn\u00edho statusu ru\u010ditele. Nev\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee pokud museli za dlu\u017en\u00edka hradit jeho z\u00e1vazky, mohou pak hrazenou \u010d\u00e1stku po dlu\u017en\u00edkovi po\u017eadovat zp\u011bt, a to i soudn\u011b. A 30 % respondent\u016f se dokonce myln\u011b domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee status ru\u010ditele je nezavazuje k povinnosti za dlu\u017en\u00edka hradit jeho nespl\u00e1cen\u00e9 z\u00e1vazky<\/em>,\u201c vyjmenov\u00e1v\u00e1 nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chyby Robert Ko\u010d\u00ed, lektor finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti Rozum\u00edme pen\u011bz\u016fm. \u010castou chybou je tak\u00e9 neznalost toho, jak maj\u00ed respondenti sv\u00e9 pen\u00edze v\u00a0bance chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 proti jej\u00edmu krachu. <em>\u201eZe z\u00e1kona je poji\u0161t\u011bna celkov\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka vklad\u016f a\u017e do maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed 100\u00a0000\u00a0EUR na jednoho klienta u jedn\u00e9 banky. Ve v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech a\u017e do v\u00fd\u0161e 200\u00a0000 EUR,\u201c <\/em>vysv\u011btluje Ko\u010d\u00ed<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Test finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti spustila MONETA Money Bank spole\u010dn\u011b s\u00a0organizac\u00ed AISIS v\u00a0kv\u011btnu leto\u0161n\u00edho roku, zapojilo se do n\u011bj 2700 respondent\u016f. Test je v\u00a0online podob\u011b k\u00a0dispozici na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch projektu Rozum\u00edme pen\u011bz\u016fm, link <a href=\"https:\/\/vyzkousej.rozumimepenezum.cz\/\">https:\/\/vyzkousej.rozumimepenezum.cz\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Projekt Rozum\u00edme pen\u011bz\u016fm je spole\u010dn\u00fdm programem MONETA Money Bank a\u00a0neziskov\u00e9 organizace AISIS na podporu finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti. Do vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu se od dob jej\u00edho zalo\u017een\u00ed zapojilo ji\u017e 5 000 u\u010ditel\u016f a t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 30\u00a0tis\u00edc \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a student\u016f. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci tohoto programu je zapojen\u00fdm \u0161kol\u00e1m poskytov\u00e1na v\u00fduka finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti, do kter\u00e9 se b\u011bhem tzv. projektov\u00fdch dn\u016f zapojuj\u00ed i bank\u00e9\u0159i Skupiny MONETA. \u0160koln\u00edmu roku pak ka\u017ed\u00fd rok p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed letn\u00ed pr\u00e1zdninov\u00e1 \u0161kola, kde pedagogov\u00e9 ze zapojen\u00fdch \u0161kol z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed ucelen\u00e9 a strukturovan\u00e9 informace z\u00a0oblasti finan\u010dn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Na leto\u0161n\u00ed pr\u00e1zdninov\u00e9 \u0161kole, kter\u00e1 se uskute\u010dnila p\u0159edposledn\u00ed t\u00fdden v\u00a0srpnu, z\u00edskala \u010dty\u0159ic\u00edtka pedagog\u016f prim\u00e1rn\u00ed vhled do leto\u0161n\u00edch \u201eosnov\u201c finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti, od z\u00e1stupc\u016f Monety si nicm\u00e9n\u011b u\u010ditel\u00e9 osvojili<br \/>\ni z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pravidla a dovednosti v\u00a0oblasti kybernetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti a plateb. Ty budou moci v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u0161koln\u00edho roku d\u00e1le vyu\u017e\u00edt v\u00a0r\u00e1mci v\u00fduky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEST FINAN\u010cN\u00cd GRAMOTNOSTI MONETA A AISIS \u2013 \u0160K\u00c1LA \u00daSP\u011a\u0160NOSTI:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00darove\u0148 1<\/strong> \u2013 (<em>je nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed a znamen\u00e1, \u017ee respondent je finan\u010dn\u011b negramotn\u00fd a je \u00fapln\u00fdm za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edkem v\u00a0oblasti osobn\u00edch financ\u00ed<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00edl respondent\u016f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>do 15 let v\u010detn\u011b:17,4 %<\/li>\n<li>16 a\u017e 20 let v\u010detn\u011b \u2013 10,2 %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00darove\u0148 2 <\/strong>\u2013 <em>(v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch oblastech si vede l\u00e9pe, v\u00a0jin\u00fdch h\u016f\u0159e, t<\/em><strong><em>estovan\u00fdm finan\u010dn\u00edm pojm\u016fm, produkt\u016fm a slu\u017eb\u00e1m v rozsahu Standard\u016f finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti pro z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly rozum\u00ed jen z \u010d\u00e1sti.
