{"id":1162,"date":"2023-03-20T06:52:17","date_gmt":"2023-03-20T06:52:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.czechbankingnews.cz\/?p=1162"},"modified":"2023-03-20T06:52:17","modified_gmt":"2023-03-20T06:52:17","slug":"stavebni-sporeni-slavi-30-let","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.czechbankingnews.cz\/?p=1162","title":{"rendered":"Stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159en\u00ed slav\u00ed 30 let"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159en\u00ed je na trhu u\u017e 30 let, v sou\u010dasnosti ho m\u00e1 3,2 milionu \u010cech\u016f a dal\u0161\u00ed t\u0159etina populace ho vyu\u017e\u00edvala v minulosti. \u010ce\u0161i s n\u00edm financuj\u00ed n\u00e1kupy nemovitost\u00ed, rekonstrukce i za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed. <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>V lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelny uzav\u0159ely t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 p\u016fl milionu nov\u00fdch smluv a poskytly \u00fav\u011bry za necel\u00fdch 60 miliard korun. \u00dav\u011bry ze stavebn\u00edho spo\u0159en\u00ed jsou v sou\u010dasnosti nejv\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na trhu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00darokov\u00e9 sazby se pohybuj\u00ed pod 4 % ro\u010dn\u011b a p\u0159i splatnosti a\u017e 25 let jsou poskytov\u00e1ny bez zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Velmi obl\u00edben\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159en\u00ed pro d\u011bti. Takov\u00fdch smluv je dnes p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 700 000.<\/p>\n<p><strong>30 let od vzniku syst\u00e9mu stavebn\u00edho spo\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stavebn\u00ed\u00a0spo\u0159en\u00ed\u00a0za\u010dalo v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice\u00a0fungovat na ja\u0159e 1993. Hned v prvn\u00edm roce se do n\u011bj zapojilo 220 tis\u00edc lid\u00ed, dnes s\u00a0n\u00edm spo\u0159\u00ed v\u00edc ne\u017e 3 miliony obyvatel. Absolutn\u00ed rekord \u2013 2 miliony uzav\u0159en\u00fdch smluv \u2013 padl v\u00a0roce 2003. Dal\u0161\u00ed pak p\u0159i\u0161el v roce 2021, kdy stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelny poskytly \u00fav\u011bry za 110 miliard korun. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e poskytnut\u00e9 p\u016fj\u010dky byla 1,6 milionu K\u010d. <em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eZpo\u010d\u00e1tku vyu\u017e\u00edvali \u010ce\u0161i stavebko p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ke spo\u0159en\u00ed, dnes ale l\u00e1kaj\u00ed hlavn\u011b \u00fav\u011bry, kter\u00e9 si i v\u00a0dob\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch \u00farokov\u00fdch sazeb dr\u017e\u00ed \u00faroky pod 4 % ro\u010dn\u011b. Nav\u00edc jsou bez zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, a to a\u017e na 25 let,\u201c<\/em> <strong>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Libor Vo\u0161ick\u00fd, p\u0159edseda A\u010cSS a p\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva Stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelny \u010cS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eJejich pou\u017eit\u00ed je p\u0159itom velmi \u0161irok\u00e9, od n\u00e1kupu nemovitosti a\u017e po jej\u00ed rekonstrukci. V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se \u00fav\u011bry hojn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k\u00a0financov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00faprav sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00edch energetickou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed. \u010ce\u0161i s\u00a0nimi financuj\u00ed investice do fotovoltaiky nebo do tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel,\u201c<\/em> dopl\u0148uje.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b v\u00fdhodn\u00fdch \u00fav\u011br\u016f l\u00e1k\u00e1 stavebko i bezpe\u010dn\u00fdm spo\u0159en\u00edm se st\u00e1tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvkem. Lid\u00e9 tak ro\u010dn\u011b naspo\u0159\u00ed 50 a\u017e 60 miliard korun. Doba spo\u0159ic\u00edho cyklu pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku je \u0161est let. Vklady jsou p\u0159itom poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 a \u00farokov\u00fd v\u00fdnos je garantovan\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eSpo\u0159en\u00ed se stavebkem je n\u00e1stroj, d\u00edky kter\u00e9mu mohou sv\u00e9 \u00faspory v\u00fdznamn\u011b zhodnocovat i lid\u00e9 a rodiny bez nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f. Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed podpory ve v\u00fd\u0161i 2\u00a0000 korun toti\u017e dos\u00e1hnou u\u017e p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b za 1 670 korun m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b,\u201c<\/em><strong> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Libor Vo\u0161ick\u00fd. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>St\u00e1tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek m\u00e1 smysl pro st\u00e1t i dom\u00e1cnosti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Princip stavebn\u00edho spo\u0159en\u00ed stoj\u00ed u\u017e t\u0159icet let na \u00faspor\u00e1ch obyvatel, kter\u00e9 ke spo\u0159en\u00ed motivuje st\u00e1tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek. Pokud by ho st\u00e1t zru\u0161il, 75 % \u010cech\u016f by o stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159en\u00ed v\u00a0budoucnosti u\u017e z\u00e1jem nem\u011blo<a href=\"#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\">[i]<\/a>. P\u0159itom to, co \u010ce\u0161i u spo\u0159itelen naspo\u0159\u00ed, finan\u010dn\u00ed domy klient\u016fm prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm velmi v\u00fdhodn\u00fdch \u00fav\u011br\u016f op\u011bt p\u016fj\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eV lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce bylo takto p\u016fj\u010deno 100 % ulo\u017een\u00fdch pen\u011bz. Syst\u00e9m tedy funguje vysoce efektivn\u011b, z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 pen\u00edze, kter\u00e9 jsou formou \u00fav\u011br\u016f vyu\u017eity na sv\u016fj prim\u00e1rn\u00ed \u00fa\u010del \u2013 bydlen\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> <strong>vysv\u011btluje Martin Va\u0161ek, \u010dlen prezidia A\u010cSS a gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel \u010cSOB Stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelny<\/strong>. <em>\u201ePokud by lid\u00e9 se stavebkem nespo\u0159ili, nemohly by spo\u0159itelny takto v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 \u00fav\u011bry poskytovat. V\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b jsou p\u0159itom \u00fav\u011bry ze stavebka kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm zdrojem financov\u00e1n\u00ed energetick\u00fdch \u00faspor dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed,\u201c <\/em>dod\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelny nab\u00edzej\u00ed win-win \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jen na p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvc\u00edch na bydlen\u00ed st\u00e1t ro\u010dn\u011b utrat\u00ed 8 miliard korun. Dom\u00e1cnosti p\u0159itom ohro\u017euje energetick\u00e1 chudoba v\u00edc ne\u017e kdy v\u00a0minulosti. Drah\u00e9 energie a energeticky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed velmi nebezpe\u010dnou kombinac\u00ed. O p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na bydlen\u00ed tak bude v\u00a0budoucnu \u017e\u00e1dat st\u00e1le v\u00edce dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed a\u00a0n\u00e1klady pro st\u00e1t jen porostou.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eP\u0159esto\u017ee se v\u00a0\u010cesku\u00a0u\u017e l\u00e9ta zatepluje a lid\u00e9 st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed fotovoltaiku, tepeln\u00e1 \u010derpadla a dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fasporn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed, velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st obytn\u00fdch budov na svou energetickou renovaci st\u00e1le \u010dek\u00e1. To plat\u00ed pro v\u00edce ne\u017e 75 procent rodinn\u00fdch dom\u016f a v\u00edce ne\u017e 60 procent byt\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f,\u201c <\/em><strong>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Pavel \u010cejka, m\u00edstop\u0159edseda A\u010cSS a gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel Raiffeisen stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelny<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Podle ministerstva pr\u016fmyslu a obchodu je pot\u0159eba energeticky renovovat alespo\u0148 3 % bytov\u00e9ho fondu ro\u010dn\u011b. <em>\u201eN\u00e1klady na tyto renovace se podle anal\u00fdzy \u010cesk\u00e9 bankovn\u00ed asociace pohybuj\u00ed ve v\u00fd\u0161i 60 miliard korun za rok. St\u00e1t do nich v sou\u010dasnosti ro\u010dn\u011b investuje zhruba 19 miliard korun, 41 miliard tedy chyb\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady mohou pomoct stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelny,\u201c <\/em><strong>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Petr Toman, \u010dlen prezidia A\u010cSS a m\u00edstop\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva Moneta Stavebn\u00ed Spo\u0159itelny<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eSpo\u0159itelny ro\u010dn\u011b poskytnou \u00fav\u011bry o objemu zhruba 60 miliard. Mohou na sebe tedy p\u0159evz\u00edt financov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto n\u00e1klad\u016f. Nav\u00edc mohou poskytnout st\u00e1tu hotovou a kontrolovanou infrastrukturu, kterou je mo\u017en\u00e9 za\u010d\u00edt okam\u017eit\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvat pro kvalitn\u00ed a c\u00edlen\u00e9 rozd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed dotac\u00ed a podpor \u010desk\u00fdm dom\u00e1cnostem. T\u00edm by do\u0161lo k zatraktivn\u011bn\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed podpory bez negativn\u00edho dopadu do rozpo\u010dtu; st\u0159edn\u011bdob\u011b pak ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fddaj\u016f z jin\u00fdch rozpo\u010dtov\u00fdch kapitol,\u201c<\/em> <strong>uvedl Michael Pupala, 1. m\u00edstop\u0159edseda\u00a0A\u010cSS a gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel Modr\u00e9 pyramidy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e1t by tak mohl snadno podpo\u0159it energetickou transformaci dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed a uspo\u0159it na n\u00e1kladech do dynamicky rostouc\u00edch v\u00fddaj\u016f spojen\u00fdch s p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvkem na bydlen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u016fzkum Ipsos realizovan\u00fd na p\u0159elomu srpna a z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2022 na reprezentativn\u00edm vzorku internetov\u00e9 populace \u010cR star\u0161\u00ed 18 let. Celkem se ho z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 1039 respondent\u016f.
